Is Gimify really free, or is it a trial?
Genuinely free — forever — for a single outlet, with unlimited members and Google Wallet included. It is not a 14- or 30-day trial. You only start paying when you add a second outlet.
How much does it cost for multiple outlets?
One flat price for unlimited outlets: US$99/month in Singapore and developed Southeast Asia, or about RM199/month in Malaysia and lower-cost SEA markets. No per-member fees and no per-location charges — the price does not climb as you add outlets.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Your customers keep their loyalty card in Google Wallet and sign in with a one-tap email link. There is nothing for them to install.
Can customers earn and redeem points across all my outlets?
Yes. Points are unified across every outlet — a customer can earn at one branch and redeem at another from a single balance. That cross-outlet capability is exactly what the paid plan unlocks.
Is it points or stamps?
